At TrueCut Lasers, we're committed to getting your precision equipment to you quickly and safely.

Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped in 1-3 days Mon-Fri.

Shipping Methods: We ship via reliable carriers (e.g., USPS) to ensure timely delivery. You'll be able to select your preferred shipping speed at checkout. Your expected shipping time is calculated at checkout.

Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 11:00 AM (Central Time) will be processed the next day.

Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number sent to your provided email so you can monitor your delivery.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.

International Shipping: Currently, we ship within the United States and Canada. For other international inquiries, please contact us directly.
